Pricing questions
The money questions, answered plainly
Is there a deposit, or do I pay all upfront?
We ask for 50% upfront to start the build and 50% when you approve the preview — before we flip it live. That way you've seen everything before the final payment, and we're covered for the work.
What if I already pay for hosting somewhere?
The $99/month plan includes hosting with us. If you want to host it elsewhere, that's possible — we'd set up your site and hand over the files. That's a one-time arrangement and doesn't include ongoing support.
Are there any recurring fees besides the $99/month?
No. The $99/month covers hosting, updates, and support. Your domain is the only thing you pay for directly — we don't mark that up.
What if I want more than 5 pages?
Additional pages are available as a one-time add-on. We'll quote you based on what's needed — the price is straightforward and we'll tell you before we start.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy with the preview after revisions, we'll work with you to make it right. We don't issue refunds once a site has gone live, since the work is done — but in practice, we don't have clients who walk away unhappy.
